Rolling Aluminum Industry LLC (RAI) uses high quality Cold Rolled pure Aluminum ingots which are melted in furnaces, alloyed and analyzed to ensure correct composition is achieved. Once the alloy is created, it is then transferred to the holding furnace for direct casting. In the integrated cast house, the hot metal is continuously casted and solidified in coil form and subsequently trimmed in the Caster Machine with online edge milling for the next multi-stage rolling process. The Aluminum Rolling Mill line is suitably supported by in house laboratory facilities to ensure end-to-end material testing at all levels and having production capacity of 20,000 Ton per annum.
